The hotel looked nice from the outside, but it was a mess inside. Our room had a toilet that barely worked. My daughter & I were there for her week of appts at the Minnesota Children’s Hospital. When we had to get to appts early the third morning, our toilet wouldn’t flush at all. I called & was told “I can’t help you with that.” Not a simple, let’s move you to another room” (they definitely were not full). So we used the bathroom & couldn’t flush. Too bad for the maintenance person or the housekeeper. The front desk could care less!! We came back & the toilet worked for a couple more hours & then wouldn’t flush anymore. I called AGAIN, got the same answer . So we used the toilet & couldn’t flush it the rest of the time & left a mess for the maintenance or housekeepers. What a lazy bunch of “workers” !!!!!!!
