I am very disappointed with hotel com and embassy suite customer service . I just completed a stay in Chicago downtown when my daughter Fl was cancelled.The hotel accommodation was book by hotel. Com down town Chicago. I immediately booked a hotel in Schaumburg area . I didn’t get a confirmation so I tried booking again . Upon arrival the customer service representative told me I had 2 reservations and he will cancel one and I will only be charge for one booking . That was incorrect. He didn’t cancel the 2 reservations and hotel. Com and the Embassy suite in Schaumburg refused to assist me with a refund . I am a gold member with hotel . Com and very disappointed with the service and not willing to help with this matter. I have reach out serval times and still no response. I going to delete my app from hotel. Com. My understanding. Hotel . Com don’t care about the customer
