Staff upon night time check in did not know how to work the computer or look up my reservation. I reserved the Presidential suite with Jet tub. The employee didn’t even know how to make room keys and just had a pile of premade keys out for him to dig thru. He gave me a standard king room. It was 4 degrees outside and heat was not on in the room when we arrived. I was told the next morning by an employee that the manager was on vacation. I waited 2 days and tried to call to have the extra money I spent on a room I did not receive refunded and got no where. Hotels.com couldn’t reach management either. We went down 1 hour before breakfast was over to check out, and ALL breakfast items were empty and not being refilled. The room was clean and nice other than the issue of it being freezing cold and not the room I had paid for. Hopefully management can figure out a better option or better training before their next days off work
