The Grand had purchased the hotel, but not all of the hotel had been converted per the photos displayed on the listing. Only a limited number of rooms were available, and none were on the 1st floor or had a king bed, as I had booked. I was told the 1st-floor doors were being painted. The bed only had a sheet and a bolster. The bathroom outlet cover is missing and is exposed. New flooring had been installed. Shower needed repairs. No hot or warm water available in sink or shower. Continental Breakfast was not available but was advertised to be included. All of this info was given at check-in but room had already been booked, paid for and could not cancel. New electronic locks for the doors, but deadbolt did not line up to work.
