We haated this hotel! When we checked in the desk clerk had to be tracked down because he was MIA. Then he checked us into a room that.wasnt the kind that I had booked. We needed 2 beds, not 1. Then the king room he originally checked us into was dirty or still being occupied and we just happened to go in while the occupant was out. Went down to tell the clerk and he asked "when did you check in?" He moved us to another king room after being told we need two beds. By that time i was super tired, super frustrated and if i went down again, it would be to check out and that would ruin our trip. Then thats when we noticed that a corner of the room was sinking and seperating from the wall. Not something you want to see, especially on the third floor of a building. So i went down and the giy was MIA AGAIN! I went back up stairs and called corporate. Thats how fed up i was with this whole situation.
Morning time, i asked the front desk if they were aware about the floor sinking. I was met with "it should be fine". Nothing about us changing rooms. Apparently the call i made at 2am to the corporate office got the city inspector involved.
He had to tell them to get us another room.
The room number was 314 for anyone wondering
