My name is Rafaela Rosa Crispim, the main guest on this reservation. The incident occurred at the Hampton Inn Birmingham-Colonnade 280 during my confirmed stay from September 1st to September 5th, 2025.
This situation is extremely serious and unprecedented. In addition to contacting Hilton Guest Assistance, we are already in direct communication with the Brazilian Embassy in the United States, our legal team, as well as the Ministry of International Relations of Brazil.
As a guest, I was subjected to humiliation, xenophobia, and repeated improper attempts to charge my credit cards, which resulted in all of them being blocked abroad. I also emphasize that I serve in a diplomatic role in Human Rights in the United States, which makes this discriminatory conduct even more alarming and unacceptable.
Additionally, I request the immediate identification of the receptionist involved, as she refused to provide her name when asked, further obstructing accountability for the incident.
