We went to scottsdale for 5 days to get a break from the Wisconsin winter .We were afraid of the covid situation so we booked a villa for our family of 5.That was an awesome decision, the property was very clean, sanitized and sealed before we arrived, the staff was awesome.Justin at the front desk went out of his way to make an itenary for our day trip to Sedona, highlighting all the places we should visit. The breakfast staff was great too ,taking all the covid precautions. Thankyou very much for making our stay so relaxing and fun
This place is great. The staff was helpful, room was thoroughly cleaned and this place is so Conveniently located.
I booked a room poolside through hotels.com. Paid over $300 for one night. We were willing to pay more because we had hoped our poolside room would open up to the pool so we could access the pool and hot tub easily from our room. This was very important to us as we had just had a 7 Hour drive from CA.This was not the case although there were French doors in the room that lead out to a small concrete patio with no chairs it was surrounded by jagged rock and although you could see the pool from where we were out there was no access point to get to the pool from our room. You had to go through the lobby to get to pool area. The room itself was basic. Nothing fabulous. It felt clean. The room had no couch instead only a booth seat which was uncomfortable to sit on and one arm chair. No outside chairs on patio area rendering it useless. No pool access from the room. And although the hotel was only at 40% capacity they stack their hursts in adjoining rooms instead of spreading them out “to help with the housekeeping staff’s job.” So we had a family next to us and someone with a dog who had to bark in the middle of the night. The decoration in the room was minimal and bazaar. It looked like it was done in a high school level craft class. Hot tub was lukewarm and not very clean. Honestly with so many choices I suggest you pass on this hotel. We won’t ever be going back again. Front desk staff was very nice but that was about the best part of the hotel. Hard mattress too. The villa’s were perfect for our family trip to Scottsdale.
Well kept and clean. Location was ideal. We paid for a pool view, however there was a big tree that blocked our view of the pool.
Pool view.services were extremely limited. No restaurant except Fleming’s which the hotel will tell you is not part of the hotel - although it is attached and entrances for the hotel and Fleming’s are about 20 feet apart. There was no air conditioning in the hallways, despite temperatures over 100. I’ve stayed here many times pre-Covid. The price should have reflected the reduced services as a result of COVID-19, however it did not. I recommended the hotel which I regret now. I won’t stay here again.
Your customers are your most valuable asset. Employees shouldn’t turn and walk away when a customer is waiting Patiently for you to stop chatting
Not to long from arriving at the hotel I call the service desk for them to bring me a wine opener and some champagne glasses. the lady at the reception said. You have to bring your bottle to the front desk for us to opened. We only have one bottle opener. If we give you the bottle opener we have to keep your ID or driver license at the desk till you return it. This is a 4-5 star hotel isn’t..???
There is nothing about this place that says resort. From the backyard sized pool to the Texas sized cockroach, this place should NOT have a $30/night “Resort” fee. It is comical how there was a “Lysol Inspected” seal on the door, but the last guest’s melted ice was left in the ice bucket.
We checked in on Friday night for a staycation. At 11:30 pm we were woken up by two party rooms. We ended up checking out and leaving at midnight. The front desk staff didn't offer to make it right or move us. So disappointed that such a nice place in an upscale area wouldn't make it right.
