Our first night there had us wait over 4 hours for our room to be ready, it wasn't until I repeatedly asked the front desk staff that they got us to our room.
The moment we get to our room, we realize the room had no ac, so for the next 2 hours we were trying to get ready for our festival in the heat (during a heat wave as well).
Annoyed as we were, we had no real complaints and just thought, these things happen, we are usually very patient people.
However, Sunday night at 2:30 am, we are called down by security to let us know that on their secured lot, all 4 wheels of my car were taken.
How that happens with security on site is beyond me...
When reached out to me by the hotel manager Megan, she does let me know that they do have a policy of no liability for the car, which I understand, this is an insurance issue. But the fact that I requested some kind of discount to my room, for the inconvenience and ruined experience, which is still something the hotel should strive for.
I am met with a "I'm sorry but that's not our problem"
I am saddened by this, since this was our third time staying here, and we really liked the hotel, but this is our last ever stay and I can not recommend to anyone to stay here, with this kind of commitment to customer satisfaction.
