This was one of the worst Hilton stays I’ve ever had. The room was clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom fixtures were very old, the ceiling above the shower head was damaged and literally falling apart, and it felt unsafe and neglected.
The patio was filthy, and to make matters worse, the chair had bird droppings all over it—completely unacceptable for a property charging premium rates. Also, this room was supposed to have a pool view for which I paid extra but no pool was there! Moreover, during my check in, my breakfast coupons were not given which I had to request the next morning during my breakfast since they forgot to give it to me when I checked in.
Also, I had requested a late checkout, which was not honored at all, despite the circumstances. I was a stranded passenger due to all East Coast flights being canceled during Winter Storm Fern, and there was zero flexibility or empathy shown.
Considering the pricy room rate, the quality of the room and service was nowhere near worth that price. This stay fell far below Hilton standards and far beyond my expectations—in the worst way.
I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I took pictures as well which I will be sending to Hilton management.
