We chose Sheraton expecting the impeccable standards and experience the brand is known for. Unfortunately, our stay was far from that.
After our first night, once the bed sheets were disturbed, we noticed that they were dirty. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the sheets were soiled with feces. This is an extremely serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
We immediately reported the situation to the front desk. While we were offered loyalty points for a future stay, this response felt inadequate and disappointing given the severity of the problem. Points do not compensate for the discomfort, health concern, and loss of trust caused by this incident.
This experience fell far below Sheraton and Marriott standards, and we expect this matter to be reviewed seriously, with appropriate action and compensation.
