The hotel itself was fine. The didnt have the pool open, one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and when my husband was talking to my kids in the hallway about how it might be closed, a hotel employee very rudely replied with a bad attitude. "yeah its not open and it wont be opening" not to mention when i checked in they said my card had been run. I did not authorize my card to run. I always pay cash for hotels, and the clerk swore it was hotels.com that did it, but upon looking at my bank, it says days inn joplin. I felt lied to, which doesnt boast well. I was raised in hotels for 19 years of my live and i can honestly say i will never stay here again.
