Terrible experience, recommend to avoid. No response to messages in 48 hours prior to arrival (later on a phone call they just said - "we didn't reply because we were busy". You have to do your own online check-in, we had paid hotel in full months earlier and on day of arrival they sent email link to pay tourist taxes, amount showed only tourist taxes and when it charged that had deceptively added a cleaning fee that hadn't been advised anywhere. Following a long phone call they refused to refund and blamed Hotels.com. Still trying to resolve with Hotels.com
The actual property is on top floor (64 steps to the top) and set over 2 floors. Full kitchen with coffee machine, but no coffee or milk provided. 2 rolls of toilet provided for 2 adults for 4 night stay (had to buy more); and bedrooms have visible mould on the walls.
