We have stayed at this hotel many, many times but each time we visit it gets worse and worse. During this visit the hot water did not work and we had to endure cold showers. We were assured it was fixed, it wasn’t.
The pool was absolutely filthy (nothing like in the photos where it looks crystal clear).
It is full of old bugs and all kinds of things at the bottom of the pool. I even saw a black water beetle swimming about!!!!
It's cloudy and gross. I would never get in it.
It's starting to get very run down, very little amenities (no microwave, no kettle, tiny little tv)
It certainly is not a 4 star hotel imo.
We used to be loyal customers. Having no hot water and the pool being so filthy was the final straw. We won't be back.
