The staff was unable to give me my Hilton points because they needed a manager to do it and the manager wasn’t around. They said they would do it after I left and it still has not been applied.
The floor itself was damp near the air conditioner and there were 2 nails coming through the floor. My wife hurt her foot on it and I complained but nothing was done. Just given apologies. No one should stay here.
