Disappointing
I really donāt know why this hotel has so many positive reviews.Its greater advantage is the location - in a walking distance to Aquarium - and the hotel seems to be new. But thatās all.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers; there is no safe box in the rooms, very poor breakfast, no daily cleaning, no room service, and has a paid self parking lot with no security.
And although the check in was very nice - Tanysha, the front desk person of the night shift, is a really attentive e friendly person- the front desk person during the day, Heather, is extremely rude and moody.
She refused us a paid late check out until 4 pm, even though the hotel wasnāt full and there were plenty rooms available.
We explained that our flight was at 9pm and we were with kids, but she said that we should paid a fully extra night for it.
We certainly wouldn't stay there again.
