Mold in our bathroom. Exposed wires in a broken outlet. Multiple people asked for towels and all were told there weren’t any available. In our room for 4 people, we were given 2 towels. When we asked for an extra pillow because they were tiny (1/2 the pillowcase, basically camp pillows) and flat, we were told there were not any extras there. The hot tubs were out of order. The breakfast was sub par. I overheard a staff member say they put the left overs in containers to use the next day (after being on the buffet the previous day… gross!!) the tv didn’t work. The light by the beds was broken
All in all, a terrible experience and if we hadn’t already been paid in full, we would have changed hotels.
I might even recommend the city looks into this location. Wyndham corporate should also think twice about putting their name on this place.
