I could not get in the building when I arrived as the door was locked. I was there for about 5 minutes before someone saw me and unlocked the door. The front desk lady, while very nice, couldnt get a key coded for my room. So she gave me some "master key" for my room that didnt work and I had to come back downstairs to get a new key. Not just a new key but a new room.
I had an emergency and had to leave a day early. I went to the front desk and checked out around 245pm. My room was 310. I still do not have a total bill. I have checked my spam folder. I want to make sure I was not billed for that 3rd night. I would like an email with all my totals if possible. I want to see my folio and all that was charged. This was a business trip and I need my travel receipts to get my trip paid. I thought this would be automatic.
