Overall, the property is very good and could have deserved a 5-star rating. The apartment itself and the staff on site were great, aside from a few minor issues.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by poor communication from management. The booking was made and confirmed through Expedia, yet I never received any follow-up message. When I arrived for check-in, the property was fully booked and the room I had reserved had already been assigned to another guest.
To accommodate me, I was charged an additional €80 and placed in a three-bedroom unit. However, only one bedroom was accessible, as the other two were locked. In effect, I paid an extra fee but received essentially the same experience as the room I had originally booked, due to an internal booking issue.
This situation felt unfair and significantly impacted my stay, despite the quality of the property itself.
