I would not stay here again.
After a one-night stay before leaving for a cruise, I was later charged $150 for a “missing couch cushion.” I did not take anything from the unit. When I checked out, the pull-out sofa bed was open and the cushion was placed underneath it.
The property sent before-and-after photos showing the couch closed in the second image and claimed the cushion was missing. It would not have been visible because it was underneath the sofa bed. I even marked up their own photo to indicate which section of the couch to open. I asked them to review surveillance footage or provide proof, but there was no meaningful follow-up. Being charged without proper investigation or communication is extremely frustrating.
In addition, the property did not feel secure. The front of the unit had an older sliding glass door facing the road that was difficult to lock and appeared easy to force open. The hallways were cluttered, and the main entry gate did not consistently lock. Overall, the condition and security of the property were concerning.
Between the questionable charge and the lack of responsiveness, I cannot recommend staying here.
