When we got to our room neither key card worked. Someone came back with us to let us in. The room did not have the heat on, so it was very cold. The light switch by the door did not work to turn on the lights and the tv remote did not work. We were moved to another room that was better, but one of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the tv often tiled. We did not complain about this second room as we were exhausted from traveling all day. The staff was pleasant and the hotel had some nice activities that we weren’t able to attend. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but overall the room could use an update. Paint was chipped on the doors and baseboards and the lighting in the room was dim. The location was very good for what we had planned while in town.
