There was an issue with our reservation - booked through Hotels.com. Hotels.com had required a deposit to book the room and reservation on Hotels.com app was showing that I had paid that deposit. When we arrived at the hotel, they were not showing the deposit as paid so we're going to charge us the full amount. Staff and manager were horribly rude when trying to sort this out and multiple times told me that they would just cancel my reservation and we should leave and find somewhere else to stay (with a conference in town that weekend - everything was booked so we couldn't find somewhere else to go).
When we booked the room, the information on Hotels.com stated that there was an airport shuttle, which was the main reason we chose that hotel. When we arrived, we happened to overhear staff mention that the shuttle didn't run on the weekends (when we needed it). When I asked about it, staff and manager were defiant and rude stating that it was listed on the website (but it wasn't listed on hotels.com where I booked from) that it doesn't run on the weekends.
At no point in all of this check-in hassle/ordeal did staff apologize or offer any sort of solution to try to help or fix the issue. They were argumentative, rude, and basically just wanted us to cancel the reservation and leave.
Additionally, why would a hotel that's close to the airport not offer the shuttle service to/from airport on the weekends. That's just absurd.
Accomodations were fine but I would not return.
