I didn't want to get out of that bed!
We were there for a Reds game that evening so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. We literally dropped bags, went to walk around a bit before the game, came back to shower & sleep. BUT the sleep! I could not stop thinking about how comfy the bed was even after we left! Great night of sleep & this comes from someone with insomnia. Highly recommend for that alone!

The first room I was given the floor was dirty black marks all over the carpet smelled like mildew. I complained to the front desk and my room was changed. The secobd room had some issues as well marks on the carpet not as bad as the first room. The tub mat had a crack in it. The food in the resturant was good.

Good, not Great!
The hotel is dated and in need of some furniture and flooring upgrades or a good cleaning. This was my 2nd year staying during the Cincinnati Music Festival. The customer service at the desk (at all times, day/night) was excellent, with a friendly, patient, and resourceful staff. The cleaning staff was also very professional. You have to ask for towels and other room amenities (coffee, cups, little things) and that may be due to this economy. One of the air conditioning units was leaking water and subsequently pooled all over the carpet until it eventually reached the middle of the sitting area after 3 days. The hotel staff didn't seem to be concerned about it, but also said the hotel was sold out, so there wasn't much they could do. The elevator situation (use/access) was a lot better than last year and at least 4 were working! Overall, it was a great stay, but going across the street to the Hyatt to visit a few friends, the Hilton is in need of an upgrade or at least a shampoo and a little paint and wipe down. The restaurant is still in the top 10 when it comes to hotels.

Very surprised and disappointed customer
Visited Cincinnati for the music festival and was very disappointed for the money that I spent for it to be 2-3 elevators working at a time, asking for funds 3 days and in advance when previous reservations were to pay when you depart was not able to provide a receipt until departure but was given the run around when 4 different emails where provided and never received, food options were very slim

Everything was great, just my room had some peeling paint. Just needed some new paint.
