The hotel itself is very nice, but the customer service was disappointing for the price. The hotel states that guests can contact them via the booking platform, however none of my messages were ever answered. I tried to arrange the airport transfer they advertise (which instructs you to contact the hotel in advance), received no response, and the same happened when I extended my stay and asked for my bookings to be linked so I could remain in the same room. I had to go to reception multiple times—night staff said it couldn’t be done, early morning staff told me to come back later—until finally the staff member after 8am resolved it quickly. I was fortunate not to have to change rooms, but it was frustrating as others could have assisted and chose not to. No help was offered with booking an airport shuttle on departure either. Overall, nice hotel, but the customer service seriously needs improvement.
