This was our third time staying here. We had a fantastic stay the first two times minus the uncomfortable beds. This weekend’s stay was not what we experienced the first two times. We book our rooms with you based on in room dining and your little food shop and friendly staff as we travel with our teen kids. All four of our meals/appetizers from in room dining were terrible which the kids have always LOVED in the past. We love to go down to the little store and buy an ice cream after we eat but the case was completely busted up. I went inside the restaurant to see if the kids could get a brownie sundae and no one would seat us. Finally, the sound gentleman for the singers said pick a table and was very kind! They ate their dessert and we left. Before going to bed everyone picked out their in room dining breakfast as they’ve loved it in the past. Called down twice the next morning with no answer. Called a third time and they said it wasn’t available unless we came downstairs to eat. At this point we had waisted so much time waiting we had to check out and get to the event we originally came to Nashville for.
I’m sure this sounds petty in the long run and I get that, but we booked with your hotel because our kids had such a great experience in the past and they were so excited to come back. This time was awful and no one had fun.
