No nothing felt safe what so ever when I walked up the steps it looked like I was going into a abandoned insane hospital. The lights didn't work and TV didn't either so no it's the worst hotel I been too.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stepped foot on the property of. Traveling across the country multiple times: Alaska through Canada to Texas and Texas to PA and back, I have never experienced a worse property. It is set in a bad neighborhood. Looking at it from the outside this place looks like it should be condemned, with broken windows, it looked like there was black mold all over the exterior walls, old yellowing insulation around some of the windows. You could also see the curtains broken and even out of a window. We should have drove away right then, but it was late and we were tired. When I got in the building, the lady didn't speak to me except for the room number and that the elevator was broken. so my husband, 2 kids and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. There is graffiti everywhere. The floors look like they have never been cleaned. Every floor smelled like STRONG weed (skunk smell). There were leaks everywhere, including a trail of liquid halfway down the hall on the fourth floor. The fire hose door was broken with glass on the floor. When we got to the room, there was a small nasty garbage can by our door, outside of the room with things in the bottom in a black liquid substance. When we opened the door it was a VERY strong odor of bleach, like someone had just poured bleach on the floor. There were roaches crawling on the wall and by the bed there was feces smeared on the wall! My daughter opened the fridge and was horrified to

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I checked in, things were off. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, and the check-in process took much longer than it should have. When I got to my room, it was not what I expected at all. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned there were stains on the sheets, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom had hair left in the shower. The towels looked worn and dingy instead of fresh. For the price I paid, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to detail. The noise level was another big issue. I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it very hard to relax or sleep. The walls seemed paper thin. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was either too loud or barely working, so the room was uncomfortable throughout the night. To make matters worse, when I brought these concerns to the front desk, the response felt dismissive. There was no real attempt to resolve the issues or offer any type of compensation. Customer service goes a long way, and I definitely did not feel valued as a guest. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay. There are far better options for the same price.

There is probably not enough space to tell you everything but first off I will say this: it should not be open. It is an old hotel that was abandoned and still has graffiti on the walls, trash in the corners of the hallway and no elevator that works. We stayed on the fourth floor and tried to walk down the stairs at the end of the hall and the fire door was locked. The reception desk is behind bulletproof glass. It has potential but their attempt to bring in money while renovating is a major mistake. I will give credit to the young man who attempted to find us a room on the lower floor, but none of them were habitable. The tub in the first room he showed his had boot prints and it where the workers had been repairing the tub. And, the blackout curtain on the room would not close all the way because hooks were missing on the end. Another obvious marketing ploy was the pictures on your website. They are nothing like the hotel. They may be the eventual plans for the hotel, but they are not indicative of the property. I really felt uncomfortable in the hotel. There were signs all around it saying visitors are not allowed. In my opinion, this is a black eye on Hotels.com for allowing this hotel to be on their website.
