The customer service here was shockingly bad. From check-in to check-out, the staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it felt like I was a burden just for being there. Hospitality clearly isn’t a priority at this hotel. I had an incredibly upsetting experience at this hotel. I travel with a registered support animal for my anxiety, and the front desk staff not only questioned why I had them but did so in a rude and invasive manner. It was humiliating and completely inappropriate. Support animals are legally protected, and the lack of basic understanding and compassion was shocking. I expect better from any place claiming to provide hospitality. I will not be returning—and I strongly advise others with disabilities or support needs to stay away.
