Pid when I reserved through Hotels.com. At check in, front desk clerk took my cr card (for incidentals, I assumed) but, when I checked my account in the room, I saw she billed me two more times, each over $100!!! I went right back down there and she told me she was new and in training and blah, blah, blah. Am still waiting to see if those charges are gone Monday or Tuesday. Cr card dispute staff is aware. Also first room, tv did not come/stay on. She moved us down the hall where the tv DID come on but if you chose something to watch, it would "buffer" and tell us to "please wait". And wait, and wait. Couch was stained (West Elm!) and bathroom mirror had been left badly streaked. Beds and pillows were comfy, though, and room was spacious.
