There was an hour delay, where the room was not ready. I asked if there would be some type of compensation, I was told the manager would call. Did not happen. I asked for queen beds, got full sized. I indersrand there isnt always a guarantee, but I have never had it denied, using hotels.com. upon checkout, asked again, told again that manager would call. Its the end of the day, still no response. There was a 50 dollar charge that I wasnt told about, but was told that it would be given back, we will see. The beds were uncomfortable, pillows cheap. Found a towel that had a stain in the bathroom. The showerhead out of date. It seems they need some remodeling. The pool and hottub were ok. Rust stains? visible on the floor of the pool, not sure what they were. No free breakfast. At least I was not told of it. River view was nice. It is located at least 11 minutes away from a lot of eateries.
