We called just to make sure they did not give our room away because we were coming late and they THEN told us they had no hot water and were on a boil advisory because of it but they would offer a full refund. Well they should have called us. It just so happened we called them 2 hours before we go there and had to scramble to get a room somewhere else and Hotels.com would not give us a credit so we could just book like that. No they said we would get a refund in 7-10 business days. Well you know some people don't have an extra $200-$300 laying around to rebook something that was already paid for. VERY upset with Hotels.com

No elevator. Soon as we got into our room I went to the bathroom saw there was dirty towels even the hand towel had been used. The toilet paper holder was broken off and laying in the shelf and toilet paper on the floor. No travel size shampoo like most hotels do. Next day we went to the pool/hot tub it was barley luke warm the pool was warmer than the hot tub it was putting out cold water. Got back in the room requested clean towels they said they were in the dryer and would be sent up soon. 4 hrs later we got towels but all the hot water was out at the hotel. Like all the rooms not just ours. Also breakfast wasn't how it's pictured and there wasn't much to choose from. The housekeeper was nice though. The guy at the front said we'd be getting money back because of the hot water issue and have yet to still get any type of refund. I definitely do not recommend.

I wish that I could give them a better review because the family that owns it was very friendly. However, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The cigarette smell was so strong in the hallways and in the room we instantly had a headache and couldn’t breathe. All of our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. I had to ask several times if there was another room available finally they said that there was however the TV didn’t work and at that point it was 10 PM and I said that was fine. We got into the new room which was on the first floor and didn’t smell like cigarettes, but the sink had 3 inches of standing water filled with cigarette butts in it. The shower was ice cold, and the toilet paper dispenser was broken and had no toilet paper. I was able to find a roll elsewhere, but there was also no towels. They ended up bringing us new towels that were just purchased from the store with the tags on them an hour later. The breakfast buffet had bread, waffles and cereal, and we didn’t even attempt to go in the pool or hot tub for sanitary reasons. Lastly, there was suspicious people clearly living at the hotel and a loud party going on in the ballroom with people pouring out into the parking lot and noise very excessive. 10 out of 10 would recommend never staying here even if it’s the last option available. Go elsewhere!!!!!

Room was clean. Hotel is run down, halls are dirty, outdoor doors have broken locks. They dont tell you this when booking but its now a rent by the week/month flop house. People have personal welcome mats in hallway. People sitting in cars in parking lot, bunch of dogs barking in rooms Regretted booking this one! Plenty of better close by

The over all cleanliness is very very poor. Terrible smell of smoking and alcohol. Inside room was ok but it was not clean. There previous travels cloths, NO cups and beverages,, soap, towels. Phone was dead. Poor breakfast. Over all very very poor..

I wish that this review was better, the man who is the night watchmen was very helpful, but I really wish I had stayed somewhere else. I had an extremely long travel day yesterday, got maybe two hours of sleep and was on the road a very long time. I got there at night and when I went into my room, the heater was on full blast. I turned it off and tried to turn on the AC, but the window unit in the room was malfunctioning. I had already unpacked everything and left the room for about 45 minutes. When I came back, it was even hotter and the front desk women had already left. The gentleman who was working, ended up getting me in another room, but it was extremely late and it took me a while to fall asleep. The breakfast buffet was anything but that. I ended up getting breakfast on the road.

At check-in the front desk clerk couldn't wait to disappear behind the manager's door.We had no chance to ask questions.We were on 2nd floor and no elevator.The smoke detector was missing and the tv remote didn't work.Since there was no phone in the room we had to go back down to the front desk to complain.They said they would be up in 5 minutes.30 minutes later we went back to the front desk.There was a different clerk who seemed like he didn't want to be there and told us the other person was eating.He called another clerk who told us maintenance had been contacted.The maintenance guy actually wanted to just hand us the smoke detector rather than put it up on the wall plate.We asked if he was going to test it and he did not.We did.The remote he brought didn't work.We caught the guy before he left the hallway.3rd remote worked.The room was insufferably hot.There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash. No coffee or water cups.1 wash cloth only for the 2 of us.We would have had to go down to the front desk to ask for anything but we were fed up by then.Breakfast was terrible. Waffle batter was empty.Only 2 bananas, bread, a few muffins, 1 yogurt, cereal, coffee with plastic straws for stirrers. Juices were in caraffes.The 2nd guy we saw at the front desk peeked in the breakfast area and was totally disinterested.No one cleaned the tables. At checkout his response for our complaints about the room was that they were remodeling and it was housekeeping's resasponsibility.

Did not end up staying at this hotel. Room reeked like smoke, light did not work in bathroom, large green extension cord was plugged in and went somewhere under the bed, sheets appeared to be slept in and not changed, holes in wall and curtains were so worn you could see through them. Hotel is very dilapidated.

Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience.

The room was mediocre. Not clean but not nasty. The bathroom was tiny with bad lighting. The hot tub was absolutely unacceptable..just shameful. 2nd bad experience with Baymonts and will avoid from now on.

The room was filthy with feces on the toilet lid and floor where the bed was. I went down to the desk and told them I paid for the room not cleaning it also twenty minutes later after the front desk laughed at me some guy named Shawn came to the room with no uniform on what so ever he had a hoodie a snow hat and ripped blue jeans on said he was house cleaning and cleaned up the ahit. Also the floor was never cleaned your feet stuck to the floor when you walked and their was dirt eveywhere. I also have pics to prove everything. The whole hotel was cold. The continental breakfast was not given because to few of guests per front desk There was a huge xetension cord going somewherein the room

The room itself wasnt bad. There was a bad odor of cigarette smell in the hallway. The pool was ice cold even being indoors which was upsetting since I booked this on NYE so my daughter could swim. The breakfast was a huge upset. They falsely advertise breakfast buffet. I guess if all you can eat waffles is a buffet then they did have that but nothing else. The front desk ladies were very nice. It has potential but definitely is not what they advertise

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.
