First checked in and was put in a building that I had to drive to and the room had no plug for me to plug my phone in. It was behind some big heavy, torn up leather chair it smelled in the room and I was in the room for 10 minutes and all of a sudden somebody just comes walking in and she says oh I’m sorry and shut the door and then another 10 minutes later somebody else comes walking in the room and then shut the door and I open the door and I said what is going on. I said is this room clean and she said yes and then she told me to put the do not disturb sign on the door. I called the front desk because I couldn’t plug my phone in so they told me they would move me to another room. I drove back up to the front of the hotel. They put me in another room and I’m not in there for five minutes and a man comes walking in the room without knocking and then all of a sudden start saying he’s sorry that he was there to put a microwave in in my room. Had a microwave in it already and before I got to that room, they sent me to another room, and I opened the door and it reeked of marijuana so that’s when they put me in the other room and the guy had walked in. They told me they could not refund the room which I didn’t even ask for I just said I wanted to be left alone and put in a room with the right accommodations. The coffee in the morning tasted like water that they offered at the free breakfast. It was just an awful experience.
