While the external areas of the hotel, and the lobby were clean and beautiful, the hallways and rooms were lacking. Peeling wallpaper, and yellow tar leaking down the walls of the room was honestly disgusting. While we got an accessible room, the amenities that should have been there were lacking. There were no bars or seat in the shower to assist with balance in showering, and with how the shower was designed, the bathroom floor would end up soaked in water and become a slipping hazed. We had to purchase a non-slip mat for the shower just to ensure our own safety since the one shower wall was all glass and the fear of falling into it and it breaking was very real. On top of the rooms lack of cleanliness, the bathroom outlets were all broken, and one had a piece of an appliance plug stuck in it. The beds frames also would not lock, so no matter how you tried to get on a bed, it would shift and move along the wall. We also got no cleaning or fresh towels the entire week we were there, even though it stated they would be supplied every 3 days. We had to go to the front desk at one point to even get new toilet paper as we had run out. After this experience, I will not be staying at a Ramada ever again, as I have paid less for hotels and at least had a clean room and functional bathroom.
