Terrible Experience – A Waste of Money
I stayed at this hotel recently and it was absolutely dreadful. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the place was maybe the wrong choice. I was misled by the pictures online. The elevator was rusty and seemed like it was barely functioning, which was the first red flag. The paint was chipped on the room doors and hallway walls.
Once I got to the room, the issues only got worse. The furniture was old and clearly hadn't been updated or well-maintained since the hotel opened. The bathroom had visible mold from the sink to the tub, which is both disgusting and unacceptable. On top of that, there was a bad, lingering smell in the room that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what I did. I sprayed the room down and tried to turn the air on and it only got worse. Not sure if the filters been changed at all.
To make matters worse, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and it was clear they hadn't been properly cleaned. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe during my entire stay, and I couldn’t wait to check out.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I feel like my money was completely wasted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I’ll definitely never stay here again. I am so upset I wasted money on this hotel. I could not convince myself to stay at this property causing me to leave earlier than expected.
