The room itself was fine. Comfortable, relatively clean. BUT, when I checked in, I wasn't greeted - just "ID please." Not very friendly. No info given about amenities or location of anything in the hotel. The first morning, went down for breakfast at 6:15a (scheduled to start at 6:00a), and it wasn't ready. The staff seemed surprised we wanted to eat. It got worse. There were no bowls for the cereal and no orange juice was available. I asked my dad to check later when he went down, and still no. We both asked about the deficiencies, and the staff said something about "the manager forget to order stuff." The next morning, the same, except now the toasted didn't even work, so we couldn't have bagels or toast either. The staff person did come fix the toaster after I complained, again. We were not impressed. Upon check-out the staff member offered us water for the road, at no charge, which WAS nice. But honestly, the damage was already done. We felt we had been bait-and-switched! Breakfast was advertised, but only barely provided. We definitely won't ever come back, and would not recommend.
