DO NOT STAY HERE — HEARTLESS & MONEY-HUNGRY
I am absolutely disgusted with how this hotel treats people. I had a real emergency situation come up and had to cancel my stay. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a simple refund or at the very least a partial credit due to the circumstances. Any decent hotel with an ounce of compassion would’ve understood.
Not this one.
The staff was cold, unhelpful, and kept repeating the same robotic script about their “policy,” with zero interest in actually listening. I explained the emergency multiple times and even provided proof, and they still refused to refund a single dollar. No empathy, no flexibility, no customer service — just greed.
Life happens. Emergencies happen. But apparently, this place would rather pocket your money than show basic human decency. The way they handled this situation says everything about their values.
If you want to stay somewhere that treats you like a walking dollar sign, book here. If you prefer respect, compassion, and a business that actually cares about its guests — go literally anywhere else.
I will never book here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about how poorly they treat people.
