If you’re trying to do Disney without taking out a small personal loan, this hotel is your girl. It’s not the best stay of your life, but it’s definitely not the worst. It lives comfortably in that “we’re fine, this is fine” category.
Staying here feels like visiting your great aunt in Florida. You already know it’s not going to be luxury. The decor might be from a different decade and something floral is probably happening somewhere. But you’re in Florida. You’re five minutes from Disney World. You’re winning.
And that location? Elite. You’re basically around the corner from the parks, which makes early mornings and late nights so much easier. It’s a fantastic alternative to staying on Disney property if you want to ball on a budget and save your money for churros and Lightning Lanes instead of a themed headboard.
You can tell this place was probably amazing back in its day. Like, at one point, someone walked in and said, “Now THIS is luxury.” Today it’s more “she’s still got it… kind of.” Respectfully.
The pool isn’t bad at all. It’s a solid post-park recovery spot. And there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, which honestly carries the entire experience. Nothing heals rope-drop trauma like an iced coffee you didn’t have to drive for.
They do have a Disney shuttle… technically. It runs once a day. So if you miss it, congrats, you’re calling an Uber.
Overall, if you know what you’re getting into, it’s a great budget-friendly stay. Not fancy, not terrible.
