I had the most HORRIFIC experience. I reserved 12/18 – 12/23. I stayed 12/18 and then took my husband to surgery the next morning at 5 am, confirming with the desk clerk that I would be back. When I returned the evening of 12/19, someone else was in my room and all my belongings had been cleaned out. Over the phone, the manager claimed I only had a 1-night reservation. I showed proof of my 5-night reservation, but it didn't matter because they had no more rooms available. The manager said it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do about it. They threw my clean clothes into my dirty clothes bag, left $200 of medication that needed to be refrigerated out at room temperature all day, and just randomly dumped my belongings into different bags. On top of all that, they charged me for a 5-night stay AND for another 1-night stay. I had to find another place to stay while my husband was in ICU for several days...and ended up being a 20-minute drive from the hospital rather than a 10-minute walk. This has literally been the worst experience in any hotel ever in my entire life.
