I originally booked this hotel back in November of 2025 for the morgan wallen concert. It was 90 dollars and i used my hotel points for the room, a few weeks later recieved a message from hotels.com and I was forced to cancel due to "construction previously scheduled and unable to be rescheduled" for April 10-25th. I began looking for hotels again in February and booked the EXACT room for $586. 5x the price. I can only assume it was because they found out it was the concert weekend and people would need a place to stay. I tried multiple times to speak to a manager and was constantly told he would be in tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I was given 100 dollars in rewards through Expedia, no thanks to the crap management at this hotel. They were extremely unprofessional and rude, hanging up when I called and only given the advice of "you can cancel if you want." When we checked in another person also was having the same discussion with the staff. Nothing was ever resolved to honor the price, and clearly the renovations could be moved. Would never give this place another penny. Extremely rude.
