The room and staff was very nice. My concerns were with:
1. Concierge - Upon checking in we were asked about dinner reservations so we gave dates, restaurants, and times. We were told that the reservations were made, but they were not. Next night we had to go offsite to eat as we didn’t have a dinner reservation. Texted the concierge and she said we had to go see her again in person, yet were told by restaurant hostesses that we could call or text the concierge with reservations. Anyway, we went to talk to concierge and made reservations, but the times we were told we’re NOT the times of the reservations. We were told 6.30 every night at varying restaurants, but one night there was again no reservation, the next night was set up for 8.30pm, and next night was 8pm. Frustrating!
2. Spa - we went to the spa on our last full day for a group, 3 people, massage. The charge was roughly $280 per person so about $900 total. Upon checkout, I found that we had been charge 3x for the same spa visit so $2,700 for 3 people. The front desk got it resolved but how does that happen when you have to sign everything?
Nice resort but you shouldn’t have these types of issues, especially when you purchased the “all-Inclusive” option. There are 4+ restaurants with lots of empty tables. I see how reservations are helpful but you shouldn’t be forced to eat off site if the concierge makes a mistake. Will certainly think twice about staying here in the future.
