Hotel grounds were nicely kept, but it seemed like the room hadn’t been looked at in a while. Lots of dust on the vents and the shower/tub had a real hard time draining. Staff at the front desk couldn’t provide me a bandaid and the bonvoy app wasn’t working which makes ordering food difficult. One day I was connected to person who took my order over the phone and delivered something close to what I ordered. The second day I called and then said it wasn’t possible to order on the phone but then connected me to a different number that went to voicemail. I was also really surprised to see that there was delivery fee for room service. I’m already paying to stay and for the rooms service. I’ve never seen a delivery fee for room service before. It made a cup of tea an $11 purchase which is wild. That’s a bigger delivery fee than most restaurants in the area.
