We are very disappointed with our stay and would like to formally raise several issues.
We booked a king room, however the bed provided was clearly not a king-size bed.
In addition, we were unable to access the hotel’s rooftop at any time during our stay. It was either closed or we were told there was an event taking place. Despite selecting the rooftop floor in the elevator, access was not possible.
We were informed that the hotel would cover the parking fee, as parking availability was clearly stated when we made the reservation. This commitment was not honored.
Furthermore, the sink in the room was clogged, the room itself was extremely small, and most importantly, there were no slippers provided in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Due to these issues, our overall experience did not meet the expectations set at the time of booking. We kindly request appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused.
