I am genuinely surprised that this place has nearly 4 stars, as my experience was far from satisfactory.
I called ahead to confirm that the hotel had ample parking for guests and was assured there was plenty available. However, upon arrival, I found only 10 to 15 parking spaces for the entire hotel, which were also used by the staff.
At check-in, I requested to add an additional guest to my reservation. The front desk agent was unhelpful and insisted it was not possible to make changes, even though I was willing to pay the difference. It took nearly an hour for him to finally agree to make the changes.
My family and I had planned a full family vacation, booking a total of six rooms for the entire week. Two of these rooms were mine—one for my wife and me, and the other for our kids. One of our rooms had a strong smell of humidity, and the air conditioning in both rooms did not work properly, failing to cool the rooms. In one of my brother-in-law's rooms, the ceiling in the shower started dripping water, and the air conditioning was also not functioning. Another brother-in-law's room experienced an overflowing shower, causing water to spill into the room. None of the six rooms we rented had working air conditioning.
During lunch one day, one of my kids started feeding the birds. A staff member approached rudely and yelled at my child, telling him to stop immediately or face a fine from the hotel. Instead of addressing the issue with me.
