The rooms are old. Need to be updated. Carpet needs to be changed. Bathroom sink was clogged. We ran into one of the engineering guy and told him. He said he was going to fix it. It was still clogged.
We had dinner there at their at one of the restaurant and had some left overs, asked multiple staff there to warm it up but they all said that they don’t have a microwave. How can a hotel not have a single microwave. I basically went all around the whole facility to just to get my food warmed up. Finally, we spoke with one of the managers and she was able to help us. There is only one microwave for the whole entire hotel.
I felt like it was a battle just to get a chair under the umbrella for some shade. If you don’t go to the pool by 7am, there is no chance for being in the shade. There was only about 10 umbrella for the entire hotel. They need more umbrella
We had a false fire alarm a 2 am. We were instructed to leave the building. People went to the pool area waiting and none of the staff came to let us know that we can go back into the building. We waited and then decided to call. The person who answered the phone said “Oh, it’s a false alarm. The alarm should have turned off already.” Now, how are we suppose to know that when the alarm is off, we can go back in the room! I was not able to go back to sleep after the fire alarm. I understand that a false alarm can happen but not sending one of their staff over to let us know that we can enter the room is very unacceptable.
