The room was good, as normal, had everything we expected and paid for. I did, and still do, have a problem with the woman that checked me in last night. She started getting aggravated, and I merely telling her hownthe other front desk clerks had been checking me in and was explaining our situation and that all my stuff was in the room and she made the comment, "you people, you people" and shook her head as she said it. I really want to know what exact
What she meant, you people that are homeless, u people having a rough time, you people in a because wer a bi-racial couole??? Im very unhappy and feel very offended by this comment. Ive had some people tell me to pursue this with the head office for Extended stay and with legal council. Ive not yet decoded but feel she sho u ldnt be allowed to talk to guests like that and continue to work with the public.
