I called the hotel to clarify, but the front desk manager informed me that parking was not complimentary and advised me to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead of addressing it directly.
I shared the folio with my credit card company, and they ultimately credited my account. However, I am disappointed that the hotel would not resolve an issue that was clearly documented on its own invoice. It is concerning to see such inconsistency in your parking policy and a lack of willingness to correct an obvious billing error.
