Walls thin , loud music was playing all night coming from another room . Rooms had crumbs all over floor and counter and hairs in the bathtub , looks like they just switch towels and sheets but don’t disinfect properly due to covid . Had to change rooms but wasn’t any better , could be a great hotel need to be cleaned better

While staying there, our dishwasher was broken and the utensils were dirty. The side railing of the blinds broke so we couldn't control the blinds. The pillow had a stain on it. They also charged me an early check in fee when I arrived later than the check in time starts.

1.Guests leave trash bags outside of the rooms, and the cleaning ladies do not pick them up. The hallways smell of rotten food. 2. The sink in the room stinks 3. Linens are cheap, beds are dirty 4. Walls are paper thin, we woke up at 7 am by loud TV sound blasting from our neighbors 5. Dishonest staff members, including front desk ladies, Manager Mario and General Manager Scott. - Received no fresh linen during our one week stay. asked front desk and they said they would but never bother to bring us any fresh towel or linen. - There was portable induction cooking plate to borrow, they told me they did not have one available. - General Manager Scott told us we would get our money back due to power outage and no water in the hotel. We book it through hotels.com. When Hotels.com contacted Scott, he declined to refund it to us. There are plenty of good hotels in Westchase area, walk away from this one.

I reserved mybroom for a 3 pm check in. I was getting married and Needed my room so that my groomsmen and i could get ready. I showed up 20 mintues early and was told my room was not ready and to check back in 30-45 minutes. Nothing i could do any that but wait. At 3:20 pm i went back to check again and still the room wasn't ready. Not only was this a major inconvenience, but due to this delay i lost the chance to take pictures with my groomsmen as ibhad to tell the photographer not to come because we didnt have a room. Finally around 4 pm i asked the manager that i was getting married in 1 hour and i still had no room. He offered us a business room that was off tonthe side and with no other options we had to get ready in a meeting room. Finally at 420 pm my room was ready enough that i could have the room key. I rushed my things up and left. When my wife and i returned that night after our celebration we came back to a room that still wasn't finished. We had no beding! We called the front desk and the gentleman working quickly brought up some for us. I understand there being delays and being short on staff, but anytime they had the opportunity to perform service recovery they missed it BIG TIME!!

Check in was a nightmare. Was charged for two nights, yet for woken up at 6 am to tell me I was not in their system and I had to pay for another night even though I had already paid. They could have just added me to the system and call it a day, but I was required to pay again. They told me I had to dispute the first charge with my bank. It was just unnecessary.
