I travel more than most, one person at check in. Be patient. Room lights didn’t work, after 5 minutes of trying front desk lady tells me you the key card goes into a wall slot that allows you to use the lights.
Then attempted to connect my computer to Guest WiFi to no avail, again front desk, tells me I have to call a number (not provided) and they will send me a code. 6:30 breakfast we witnessed a lady traveling alone with her small dog attempting to get food, was told to leave the area, she reminded them there policy states you can not leave your dog in the room or anyplace unattended, not handled well, sadly a clunky experience from a poorly trained understaffed crew. :-(
