We were evacuated due to the wildfires near our home and we booked this room based on pictures, etc. When we checked in I was very concerned with what I was seeing around the whole complex. Our room was on the backside and when we opened the door the dog in the next room started barking, when the women came out she had a huge dog on a leash and he continued to bark.
Inspecting the room, there were was only one set of towels, not enough for two people, the tv and internet did not work, the smoke detector was disconnected of the wall and laying on the desk.
I went down to the front office to discuss this and it was locked had to wait 20 minutes for the desk clerk to return.
He gave us another room and upon inspection this had no towels, the cable box was missing so we told him that we would be leaving and to refund our money our credit card. No excuse and potential fire hazard. Do NOT Recommend.
