The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. I stayed alone in the room, and it was a good size. There was a small kitchen with a kettle, instant coffee, and tea. I did not cook, so I cannot say whether everything was working properly. However, there were no washing-up items or kitchen towels provided.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The room looked clean, but there was a slight smell, possibly coming from the drains. The linen on the cushions, curtains, and sofa could also be washed.
One night, the hotel alarm went off at around 1 am. I had just gone to sleep around midnight, and it really frightened me. I checked through the windows and the corridor, but everything seemed fine. Still, it took me a long time to fall asleep again. The next day, I asked at reception and was told that someone had been cooking and that likely triggered the alarm.
