"I stayed in 4 hotels during my trip to the UK; Henry’s Townhouse hands down the best experience. The property is absolutely stunning and well maintained. The most wonderful part of my stay was the people who work there; Susanne, Tiare, Larry and the House Manager Ann all made a difference of my experience. Perfectly located, close to shopping, try Tube, Parks and culture destinations. A place I will definitely return. "

"Loads of atmosphere in that part of town and convenient for West End and Kings Cross. I took the chance to use the spa which was top notch. Everyone was maxing on friendliness / seem to have a good set up. Would definitely recommend."

"O quarto é confortável, banheiro e ducha excelente. A localização é imbatível em Londres, a decoração do hotel é linda demais. Seus bares d restaurante são fantásticos. Atendimento do staff nota 1.000. Recomendo fortemente"

"A very welcoming hotel with fabulous staff and wonderful facilities. Drinks first at Theo burg Bar followed by lunch at the world renowned Helen Darroze - an incredible experience from start to finish. We’ll be back !"

"Hotel maravilhoso!! Equipe perfeita e profissional ! Me sinto em casa ! Ótimos restaurantes ao redor ; sem falar que o hotel se situa a poucos metros da histórica e clássica loja de departamentos: Selfridges. Somente nesse ano de 2026, eu já me hospedei por 4 vezes!! Super recomendo!"

"Great stay! Staff was very helpful. Property and room were immaculate and clean. Room service and food on site were good! I loved my stay, and will def be back when I’m in London! Location was good too, close to a few cute parks and other places to have drinks and dinner!"

"Mandarin Mayfair is our new fave stay in London. It is centrally located in a wonderful area and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. From the moment we arrived, all the personnel we came into contact with from the reception, concierge, porters, security, housekeeping, in room dining, restaurants... the service was just excellent. Mind you accommodation rates are pretty steep but you definitely get what you pay for."

"Home House Studio was an excellent find. Super boutique-quality accommodation, very helpful, accommodating and friendly staff, great value for money and a great location round the corner from Marble Arch."

"Quarto muito confortável, hotel muito bem localizado, metrô pertinho do hotel, hotel muito cheiroso."

"Best hotel in London hands down. I’ve been staying here for over 25 years, and it has a chic quiet elegance that is authentic and not full of loud tourists. It’s just a gem."

"Localização fantástica, próximo a restaurantes, lojas e estação do metrô. Quarto high tech e confortável. "

"Simply the best hotel in London overall. Hot days in London but the hotel AC was great. Concierge is the best. Mayfair is the safest, convenient and peaceful neighborhood."

"A London classic. Discreet top level service. Great location. "

"Excelente opção de hospedagem em Londres. Instalações perfeitas, atendimento impecável e com muito carinho de todo o staff, com destaques especiais para os concierges Adrian e Jordan, sempre muito atenciosos, mujto bem localizado em um bairro sossegado e menos turistico, mas facilmente acessível ao metrô, bons restaurantes na redondeza...enfim, nao poderíamos ter escolhido um melhor hotel para nossa primeira estada em Londres. sentiremos saudades e voltaremos um dia com toda a certeza!"

"Great characterful boutique property, in a fantastic location for exploring London."

"Hotel muito gostoso! Localização muito boa. Adoramos"

"O hotel é bem localizado, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. O café é a lá carte. Restaurante e bar muito bons. Só achei o quarto pouco iluminado. "
