"Great location, good staff and great hotel. Decent amenities in what is apparently a fairly new hotel. Some minor issues around the construction of the hotel. Several interior doors don’t close b/c the door jams were wonky, several cabinet doors were not hung completely. We had some tiny ants in the room, we were on the third floor. You must request to have the room cleaned. There are no quiet streets in CDMX but this one is on the quieter side. For the price this hotel and the location is...

"We had an amazing weekend at Casa Lerma, the property overall couldn’t be located more central to the buzz of everything Roma Norte and Polanco, the room was spacious and clean. The charming decor, artwork and style are exceptional. Would definitely stay again."

"What a fantastic place to stay in CDMX! In our favorite neighborhood, close to the train, and Ecobici stations. Charming B&B, on a quiet residential street, fabulous breakfast and excellent hosts! "

"Ótimas instalações, equipe cordial, limpeza bem feita. "

"Loved this place. The staff were incredible. The location is perfect. I felt comfortable and safe. The property is beautiful! Breakfast is great! The room felt more like an apartment/home than a hotel. Definitely gave home away from home vibes. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Mexico City."

"Súper cute spot and the breakfast is just right . One of my faves since I travel for work so much"

"We had a really lovely time, all restaurants and bars are really closeby, walking distance. The breakfast area - cocktail lounge is absolutely stunning! A secret paradise behind a very old colonial facade!"

"Amazing location. Very convenient area to be in. We were very comfortable and slept very well. Some noise during the day but quite quiet by nighttime."

"Excellent communication before and upon arrival. The property is very clean and well decorated with everything you need. I will stay here again. "

"Great little apartment/hotel with a delicious restaurant attached - Cafe C! Perfect location if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. All of the staff were awesome, but Karen especially made us feel safe and at home during this first time to Mexico City! We definitely will be back here."

"staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent!! Alothough an active neighbourhood all is quiet after 10pm. We loved the roof top terrace!!"
