"I had a fantastic stay at Taj The Trees Mumbai. It truly felt like a 5-star, world-class experience from beginning to end. Everything was excellent — from the warm welcome at reception to the bellboy service and even the thoughtful welcome gift. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The location and surroundings were also beautiful, especially with my room facing the mangrove forest. One of the most unique...

"Nice rooms. Very helpful staff. Reliable and convenient hotel's airport pick-up and drop-off. Chakra restaurant nearby serves excellent beer and food."

"Cama muito confortável, equipe super simpática "

"Netter Empfang, gutes lokales Frühstück und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber. Im Bad hab es Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo und Toilettenpapier. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Kommen gerne wieder."

"The area around is crowded with traffic. But very good stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Beacon T2! The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were truly impressive. A special thanks to the receptionist, Kidus, who went out of his way to assist us. His helpful attitude and kind nature made our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended – will definitely visit again! Regards,"

"Staffs were very nice."

"Place ont safe and alson the people who work their they don't care about customer."

"In a very trashy area, everything falling apart. If you pay 1500rs only then worth it. Right above a trashy busy street so can not sleep there."

"Good place to stay."

"Very Good Experience"

"PHOTOS IN THE HOTEL PROFILES ARE OLD, AND DIFFER FROM WHAT THE CONDITION NOW.... THE ROOM WAS POORLY MAINTAINED AND THERE WAS A FOUL SMELL AS WELL."

"There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport. They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor...

"It’s exactly what you would expect for an affordable hotel near the airport. There were some roaches in our bathroom but the pluses were that the AC worked well and very close to the airport at a very reasonable price. "

"My husband and I booked this hotel while we had a 12 hour layover to shower and freshen up. There was mold throughout the shower. I could not imagine putting my bare feet on the floor. The walls were peeling too. Overall very poor facility. "

"Terrible location on the highway..over priced"

"Just okay dormitory. Not that comfortable with bed bugs and management should be little more responsible."
